SEVENCRANE recently completed another successful order for a long-term customer in Kyrgyzstan, supplying a heavy-duty 36 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane for a metal rolling products facility. This project is particularly meaningful because the customer was not a new buyer, but a long-standing partner who had previously purchased several types of equipment and spare parts from SEVENCRANE.
The customer first established contact with SEVENCRANE in November 2023. Over the course of cooperation, the customer purchased QD overhead cranes, MG gantry cranes, scissor lifts, and crane components. After gaining extensive experience with SEVENCRANE's equipment and services, the customer was highly satisfied with the product quality, technical support, and overall cooperation. This time, the customer not only placed another order but also transitioned from an end user into a local agent, establishing a new company specifically to promote SEVENCRANE products in the Kyrgyzstan market.
Heavy-Duty Double Girder Overhead Crane
The project includes one QDXX Double Girder Overhead Crane with a rated lifting capacity of 36 tons, designed for demanding material handling operations in the metal rolling industry.
The crane features a 10.5-meter span and an 11-meter lifting height, providing sufficient coverage and lifting clearance for the customer's production area. With a working class of A5, the crane is designed for relatively frequent industrial lifting operations and is suitable for continuous material handling requirements in a manufacturing environment.
The crane is equipped with remote control operation, allowing the operator to control lifting, trolley travel, and crane travel from a suitable position. This configuration provides greater flexibility during material handling operations and can improve the operator's visibility of the load and surrounding working area.
The electrical system is designed for the customer's local requirements, using 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase power.
Complete Crane System
In addition to the main Double Girder Overhead Crane, SEVENCRANE supplied the supporting components required for installation and operation.
The crane is equipped with P43 crane rails, with a total rail length of 24 m × 2. A 250A single-pole conductor bar system with a length of 24 meters is also included to provide reliable power supply for crane operation.
The complete configuration allows the customer to obtain not only the lifting equipment itself, but also the essential supporting systems required for the project.
For international transportation and customs clearance, the customer also confirmed the relevant HS codes for the equipment: 8426112000 for the overhead crane, 8431499900 for the crane rails, and 8544422900 for the single-pole conductor bar.
From End User to Local Agent
One of the most important aspects of this project is the development of the customer relationship.
When the customer first contacted SEVENCRANE in 2023, they were primarily an end user. Their previous lifting equipment experience was mainly based on Soviet-era products, so product reliability, durability, and service support were important considerations when evaluating new equipment.
Through previous orders for QD cranes, MG cranes, scissor lifts, and spare parts, the customer gradually developed confidence in SEVENCRANE's manufacturing quality and service capabilities.
After several successful cooperation experiences, the customer decided to establish a new company specifically for promoting SEVENCRANE products in the local market. This represents an important transition from a conventional customer relationship to a long-term business partnership.
Efficient Delivery and Long-Term Partnership
For this order, the agreed production and delivery period was 25 working days, with transportation arranged by land under EXW terms. Payment was arranged as 50% T/T down payment and 50% T/T before delivery.
The successful delivery of this 36 Ton Double Girder Overhead Crane further strengthens SEVENCRANE's cooperation with the customer and creates new opportunities for market development in Kyrgyzstan.
