SEVENCRANE recently secured a large gantry crane project for an industrial customer in Tanzania, supplying multiple sets of Single Girder Gantry Crane and Double Girder Gantry Crane equipment for indoor material handling operations. The project includes customized crane configurations, rail systems, seamless conductor lines, and installation-related support to meet the customer’s demanding production requirements.
The order is shipped under CIF Dar es Salaam terms with a delivery schedule of 60 working days. Payment terms are arranged as 30% T/T advance payment and 70% by sight letter of credit. Due to the scale of the project and customized technical requirements, the production process is being strictly managed to ensure high-quality manufacturing and timely delivery.

All cranes are designed for indoor operation, with total crane height controlled within 7.8 meters according to the customer’s workshop drawings.
Customized Design for Efficient Material Handling
The customer required different crane capacities to handle multiple material transportation tasks inside the facility. The Double Girder Gantry Crane is mainly used for heavier industrial components and high-frequency lifting operations, while the Single Girder Gantry Crane is applied to lighter and medium-duty material handling tasks.
The double girder structure provides higher load capacity, better operational stability, and improved working efficiency for heavy-duty lifting applications. Meanwhile, the single girder gantry crane offers a more economical and flexible solution for routine workshop transportation work.
To improve operating efficiency, all cranes adopt variable frequency speed control systems. The lifting speed reaches 0.8/8 m/min, trolley traveling speed is 3–30 m/min, and crane traveling speed is 4–40 m/min. These adjustable speeds allow smooth operation, precise positioning, and reduced load swing during material handling.
Complete Rail and Power Supply System
In addition to the cranes themselves, the project also includes a complete rail system and seamless conductor line solution.
Different specifications of seamless sliding conductor lines are supplied according to crane capacity and operational requirements, including 10mm², 16mm², and 25mm² four-pole seamless conductor systems. Each crane is equipped with its own current collector to ensure stable and reliable power transmission.
The project also includes multiple sets of P38 rails with rail accessories, totaling over 1,600 meters of rail length. These rail systems are designed to support stable long-distance crane operation inside the workshop.

The customer specifically requested that each crane main girder display their company logo. SEVENCRANE customized the appearance design according to the client’s branding requirements, helping the customer maintain a professional and unified factory image.
