Project Overview
The project includes two complete sets of Aluminum type KBK system, each designed with a 2-ton lifting capacity under A3 working duty classification. The system features a running length of 14 meters and a lifting height of 4.5 meters, fully meeting the customer’s workshop material handling requirements. The operating voltage is 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase, and both systems are equipped with wired pendant handle control for stable and convenient operation.
As requested, we supplied two fully independent and complete systems to ensure operational flexibility and future expansion capability within the facility.
System Configuration
The Aluminum type KBK system is equipped with a low headroom aluminum electric hoist, maximizing vertical lifting space while maintaining smooth and stable lifting performance. The lightweight aluminum alloy rail structure significantly reduces overall dead weight while ensuring excellent strength and rigidity. Compared with traditional steel rail systems, aluminum KBK rails offer easier installation, corrosion resistance, and lower long-term maintenance requirements.

The customer also provided reference drawings for this new project, allowing us to further refine installation dimensions and ensure perfect on-site compatibility.
