A long-term customer from Russia once again chose SEVENCRANE for a new lifting equipment project — a 10-ton European standard double girder overhead crane. The customer, who has been working with SEVENCRANE since October 2024, operates in the heavy manufacturing and engineering industry, where efficiency, reliability, and precision are key. The ordered equipment — a double girder overhead crane, model SNHS, working class A5, is designed for demanding, continuous-duty operations. It features a span of 17 meters and a lifting height of 12 meters, making it perfectly suited for large workshops where high lifting capacity and stable operation are critical.
This crane is equipped with both remote control and ground control, giving operators flexibility and enhanced safety during use. Powered by a 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase electrical system, it ensures smooth, efficient, and stable performance even under heavy workloads. The KR70 rail system provides strong structural support for the traveling mechanism, ensuring stable motion and minimal vibration.
The design includes dual walkways and a maintenance cage, which make inspection and servicing convenient and safe. Another unique requirement from the Russian client was that SEVENCRANE’s logo should not appear on the final product, as the customer plans to apply their own brand marking. Respecting this request, SEVENCRANE delivered a clean, unbranded design while maintaining its standard of excellence in material selection, welding, painting, and assembly. In addition, SEVENCRANE provided complete production drawings and ensured that the model designation matched the EAC certification, an essential detail for compliance with Russian technical standards and documentation accuracy.
The trolley gauge was carefully designed to be 2 meters, while the main beam gauge measured 4.4 meters, ensuring precise structural balance and compatibility with the customer’s workshop layout. The A5 working duty class guarantees that the crane can handle medium to heavy load cycles reliably, ideal for continuous operation in manufacturing and logistics environments.
The transaction was completed under EXW terms, with land transportation as the shipping method, and a production period of 30 working days. Despite the complexity of the project and customization requirements, SEVENCRANE completed production on schedule, ensuring all components were fully tested and quality-checked before shipment.
