For industrial lifting systems, reliable equipment is only part of the solution. Proper component matching, electrical compatibility, and stable long-term operation are equally important. In this project, the customer required a comprehensive package of lifting equipment and crane components, including European-type electric wire rope hoists, electric chain hoists, DRS wheel systems, geared motors, a pillar-mounted jib crane, and a complete set of conductor rail accessories.
The customer is an intermediary with previous cooperation experience with our company on a BX wall-mounted jib crane. Based on this established relationship, the customer had clear expectations regarding product quality, component compatibility, and communication efficiency. Our competitive pricing and timely technical responses helped us further strengthen the cooperation.
Complete Range of European-Type Hoists
The project includes several types of European lifting equipment. The main products are SNH European electric wire rope hoists, an NRT European wire rope hoist with trolley, and European traveling electric chain hoists. These products are designed for demanding industrial applications and are manufactured according to the specified M5 duty class.
To ensure compatibility with the customer's existing control system, all hoists are equipped with a 24V control voltage. Different lifting capacities and lifting heights are available according to the customer's application requirements, including 2-ton, 3.2-ton, 5-ton, and 6-ton configurations.
The NRT hoist is supplied together with its trolley and is matched according to the customer's reference drawings. The traveling chain hoists are also configured with suitable trolleys for convenient horizontal movement along the supporting structure.
Precisely Matched DRS Wheel Systems
Another important part of this order is the DRS wheel and drive system. The customer required multiple DRS125 and DRS160 wheel boxes together with matching connection bolt kits, torque supports, roller guides, spline shafts, and geared motors.
The geared motors include FA37 and FA47 series models, with different power, reduction ratios, and voltage configurations. Both 220V 60Hz 3-phase and 440V 60Hz 3-phase versions are included in the order.
Because these components are intended to work as a complete system, checking the model, quantity, voltage, shaft dimensions, and mechanical interfaces is essential. We pay particular attention to the compatibility of each component before production and shipment, helping reduce installation difficulties and potential downtime for the customer.
Pillar-Mounted Jib Crane
The order also includes one BZ pillar-mounted jib crane, rated at 2 tons with an A5 duty classification. The crane is equipped with a 24V control circuit and is designed to provide flexible lifting and handling within a dedicated working area.
Its compact structure makes it suitable for localized material handling while complementing larger lifting equipment. By integrating the jib crane into the overall supply package, the customer can obtain multiple lifting solutions from one supplier.
Complete KOMAY Conductor Rail Accessories
To support the crane electrical systems, the project also includes a complete set of KOMAY multi-pole enclosed conductor rail accessories. The package covers current collectors, carbon brush assemblies, conductor rails, joint caps, anchoring brackets, sliding hangers, fixed hangers, end power-feeding boxes, end covers, and double-arm brackets.
Providing a complete accessory package helps ensure that all electrical components are properly matched rather than sourced separately from different suppliers.

For this repeat customer, price competitiveness was an important factor, but component compatibility and communication efficiency were equally critical.
