We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a multi-unit bridge crane project for a valued customer in Argentina. This client was referred by a long-term Alibaba partner, and our first contact dates back to August 2021. After years of communication and technical discussions, the cooperation has now materialized into a comprehensive order delivered under CIF Buenos Aires terms. The production cycle was completed within 20 working days, with payment arranged as TT 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
Project Overview
The order includes four European-style single girder bridge cranes (Model SNHD) with A5 working class:

1 set of 8-ton capacity, 18.83m span, 7m lifting height

All cranes operate with 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase power supply and are controlled via wireless remote systems. The European design ensures lightweight structure, smooth operation, and efficient space utilization, making these bridge cranes ideal for multi-bay workshop applications.
Rail and Power Supply System
The project covers four workshop spans and includes a complete runway and power supply system. A total of 260 meters of 50×30mm rail was supplied. Additionally, 130 meters of seamless 10mm² conductor busbar system was provided, complete with four sets of installation accessories and current collectors. This integrated solution ensures stable power transmission and safe operation across all four bays.
Special Customizations
Several technical customizations were required for this project:

The 8-ton SNHD bridge crane main girder was sectioned once to facilitate transportation, following the technical reference of a previous order (No. 227—2000039585). This ensured safe shipping while maintaining structural integrity during on-site assembly.

The 3-ton crane was specially treated for corrosive working conditions. It features acid-resistant paint with a guaranteed coating thickness of 260μm. The crane is equipped with a three-proof motor (anti-dust, anti-moisture, anti-corrosion), electrical protection rating IP65, and a stainless steel electrical cabinet to enhance durability in harsh environments.

Remote control systems were configured with one-to-two functionality, meaning each remote unit can control two crane operations when required, improving operational flexibility across different tonnage units.
Financial and Documentation Coordination
An important administrative aspect of this project was that the payment originated from Brazil while the goods were shipped to Argentina. Therefore, strict coordination between documentation and finance departments was essential to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and smooth customs clearance.
