In November 2024, we were pleased to establish a new cooperation with a professional client from the Netherlands, who is building a new workshop and required a series of customized lifting solutions. With previous experience using ABUS bridge cranes and frequent importation from China, the client had high expectations for product quality, compliance, and service.
To meet these demands, we provided a complete lifting equipment solution including:
Two SNHD Model 3.2t European Single Girder Overhead Cranes, span 13.9m, lifting height 8.494m
Two SNHD Model 6.3t European Single Girder Overhead Cranes, span 16.27m, lifting height 8.016m
Two BX Model Wall Mounted Jib Cranes with 0.5t capacity, 2.5m span, and 4m lifting height
10mm² Conductor Rails for all cranes (38.77m × 2 sets and 36.23m × 2 sets)
All equipment is designed for 400V, 50Hz, 3-phase power, and controlled via both remote and pendant modes. The 3.2t cranes are installed indoors, while the 6.3t cranes and jib cranes are for outdoor use and include rain covers for weather protection. Additionally, large screen displays were integrated into all cranes for real-time data display. Electrical components are all Schneider brand to ensure durability and European compliance.
The client had specific concerns about certification and installation compatibility in the Netherlands. In response, our engineering team embedded the crane designs directly into the client's CAD factory layout and provided CE, ISO, EMC certificates, user manuals, and a full documentation package for third-party inspection. The client’s appointed inspection agency approved the documents after a thorough review.
Another key requirement was branding customization — all machines will bear the client’s logo, with no visible SEVENCRANE branding. Rails are sized to fit a 50×30mm profile, and the entire project includes on-site installation guidance from a professional engineer for 15 days, with airfare and visa costs included.
All products are shipped by sea under CIF terms to Rotterdam Port, with a delivery lead time of 15 days and payment terms of 30% T/T advance, 70% T/T upon BL copy. This project reflects our strong capability to tailor crane systems for demanding European clients.
