Busbar Installation Drawing within 3 Working Days: The customer required early shipment of the busbar hangers, and SEVENCRANE’s engineering team delivered the installation drawings promptly to support onsite preparation.
Reinforcement Plate Design: For the SNHD 5-ton single girder cranes, the reinforcement plate spacing was set to 1000mm, while for the SNHS 10-ton double girder cranes, the spacing was 800mm—optimized for strength and load-bearing stability.
Extra Function Keys on Controls: Each pendant and remote control was designed with two spare buttons for future lifting attachments, giving the client flexibility for later upgrades.
Component Identification and Marking: To simplify installation and ensure smooth logistics, SEVENCRANE implemented a comprehensive component marking system, labeling every structural part, end beam, hoist, and accessory box according to detailed naming conventions such as:

Dual Accessory Sets: Accessories were separately identified as OHC5-SP and OHC10-SP, corresponding to the respective crane models.
Rail End Width: The crane rail head width was designed at 50mm according to the client’s workshop track system.
All equipment was painted in RAL2009 industrial orange, providing not only a professional appearance but also enhanced corrosion protection and visibility in factory environments.
Fast Delivery and Reliable Quality
SEVENCRANE completed production and assembly within 25 working days, followed by a comprehensive factory inspection covering structural alignment, load testing, and electrical safety. Once approved, the cranes were securely packed for sea shipment to Bangkok under CIF trade terms, ensuring safe arrival and easy unloading at the customer’s facility.
