In October 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully completed the production and shipment of six sets of European-style overhead cranes for a long-term client in Thailand. This order marks another milestone in SEVENCRANE’s long-standing partnership with the customer, which began in 2021. The project demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s strong manufacturing capability, customized design expertise, and consistent commitment to delivering efficient and reliable lifting solutions for industrial applications.
A Trusted Partnership Built on Quality and Service
The Thai client has maintained cooperation with SEVENCRANE for several years, recognizing the company’s professional engineering support, stable product quality, and timely delivery. This repeat order once again highlights SEVENCRANE’s reputation as a trusted lifting equipment manufacturer for global industrial users.
The project included two sets of European-style double girder overhead cranes (Model SNHS, 10 tons) and four sets of European-style single girder overhead cranes (Model SNHD, 5 tons), along with a unipolar busbar system for power supply. Each crane was designed to meet the client’s operational needs while ensuring high performance, safety, and ease of maintenance.

Tailored to Customer’s Technical Requirements
To ensure perfect adaptation to the client’s workshop layout and production requirements, SEVENCRANE provided several customized design adjustments:
Busbar Installation Drawing within 3 Working Days: The customer required early shipment of the busbar hangers, and SEVENCRANE’s engineering team delivered the installation drawings promptly to support onsite preparation.
Reinforcement Plate Design: For the SNHD 5-ton single girder cranes, the reinforcement plate spacing was set to 1000mm, while for the SNHS 10-ton double girder cranes, the spacing was 800mm—optimized for strength and load-bearing stability.
Extra Function Keys on Controls: Each pendant and remote control was designed with two spare buttons for future lifting attachments, giving the client flexibility for later upgrades.
Component Identification and Marking: To simplify installation and ensure smooth logistics, SEVENCRANE implemented a comprehensive component marking system, labeling every structural part, end beam, hoist, and accessory box according to detailed naming conventions such as:
OHC5-1-L / OHC5-1-M / OHC5-1-R / OHC5-1-END-L / OHC5-1-END-R / OHC5-1-HOIST / OHC5-1-MEC / OHC5-1-ELEC
OHC10-1-L-L / OHC10-1-L-M / OHC10-1-L-R / OHC10-1-R-L / OHC10-1-R-M / OHC10-1-R-R / OHC10-1-END-L / OHC10-1-END-R / OHC10-1-PLAT / OHC10-1-HOIST / OHC10-1-MEC / OHC10-1-ELEC
This meticulous marking ensured efficient on-site assembly and clear packaging identification.
Dual Accessory Sets: Accessories were separately identified as OHC5-SP and OHC10-SP, corresponding to the respective crane models.
Rail End Width: The crane rail head width was designed at 50mm according to the client’s workshop track system.
All equipment was painted in RAL2009 industrial orange, providing not only a professional appearance but also enhanced corrosion protection and visibility in factory environments.
Fast Delivery and Reliable Quality
SEVENCRANE completed production and assembly within 25 working days, followed by a comprehensive factory inspection covering structural alignment, load testing, and electrical safety. Once approved, the cranes were securely packed for sea shipment to Bangkok under CIF trade terms, ensuring safe arrival and easy unloading at the customer’s facility.
Strengthening SEVENCRANE’s Presence in the Thai Market
This project further strengthens SEVENCRANE’s market presence in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand, where demand for modern, efficient lifting systems continues to grow. The client expressed satisfaction with SEVENCRANE’s fast response, detailed documentation, and commitment to quality.
