SEVENCRANE recently completed the production and shipment of a customized Pillar Jib Crane for a long-term customer in Greece. As a repeat order from an established business partner, this project once again demonstrated the trust our customers place in the quality, reliability, and customization capabilities of SEVENCRANE lifting equipment. The crane was delivered under FOB terms with a production time of 20 working days, while the customer chose 100% T/T payment in advance, allowing production to begin immediately after order confirmation.
The equipment supplied was a BZ Pillar Jib Crane with a 2-ton lifting capacity and an A3 working duty, designed for frequent lifting operations in industrial workshops. The crane features a 5-meter jib arm and an overall height of 6 meters, providing a wide working radius while making efficient use of available floor space. To improve operating efficiency, the customer selected an electric slewing system for the jib arm, enabling smooth and effortless rotation during material handling. Compared with manual rotation, electric slewing reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity, especially when handling repetitive lifting tasks.
To complete the lifting system, the Pillar Jib Crane was equipped with a motorized electric chain hoist with electric trolley travel. This configuration allows the load to move smoothly along the jib arm while maintaining precise lifting and lowering control. Combined with both pendant control and wireless remote control, operators can choose the most convenient control method according to the working environment, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
Since the customer's end user had specific installation requirements, the crane was manufactured according to the provided engineering drawings. Before production, SEVENCRANE's technical team carefully reviewed all dimensions to ensure the finished equipment would integrate perfectly with the customer's existing workshop layout. Every structural component was fabricated with precision, guaranteeing stability, smooth operation, and long-term reliability.
Another important customization request involved product identification. Instead of using the standard SEVENCRANE nameplate, the customer requested that the Pillar Jib Crane be fitted with their own customized nameplate. As an experienced OEM and ODM supplier, SEVENCRANE fully supports customer branding requirements, helping distributors and trading partners strengthen their own market presence while maintaining the same high manufacturing standards.
The crane was also supplied with foundation anchor bolts, manufactured according to the customer's drawings. Providing correctly matched anchor bolts simplifies installation on site and ensures the crane achieves maximum structural stability after anchoring to the concrete foundation. This attention to detail reduces installation time and eliminates compatibility issues during commissioning.
To improve after-sales convenience, SEVENCRANE included a complete spare parts package with the shipment. The package contained one additional wireless remote control set (including both transmitter and receiver), one spare pendant controller, and two buffers. These spare parts help minimize potential downtime and allow the customer to perform quick replacements whenever necessary, supporting long-term reliable operation.
This project was supplied through one of SEVENCRANE's long-term trading partners. Having successfully cooperated on a previous 2-ton jib crane project, both sides were already familiar with each other's technical standards and communication process. As a result, the customer only needed to confirm a few technical details before placing the repeat order. The mutual trust established through earlier cooperation significantly shortened the sales cycle and allowed the project to move quickly into production.
