Henan Seven Industry Co., Ltd. recently completed a repeat order for a valued customer in Morocco, supplying two Single Girder Overhead Cranes for a precast concrete production facility. Project Background
The customer first established contact with SEVENCRANE in June 2023 and has since maintained a positive business relationship with the company. This order is a repeat purchase following the customer's previous project, No. 606. As the customer had already experienced our products and services firsthand, the new project progressed efficiently with a clear understanding of technical requirements and service expectations.
The customer is the Director and end user, operating in the casting and precast concrete industry. The two cranes will be installed in a precast beam factory and mainly used for lifting and handling precast concrete molds and related production materials.
For this application, reliable lifting performance is particularly important because the equipment is expected to operate in a demanding industrial environment. The customer places strong emphasis on both product quality and service, with our previous installation service and rapid response to equipment issues being major reasons for continuing the cooperation.
Crane Specifications
The project includes two SNHD-type Single Girder Overhead Cranes, both designed with the following main specifications:

The two cranes have slightly different spans to match the actual dimensions of the customer's production building. This customized approach allows the lifting equipment to integrate effectively with the existing workshop layout.
Customized Technical Configuration
To ensure smooth and reliable operation, the customer specified several important technical requirements.
Both cranes use dual-speed motors throughout the crane system, without frequency converters. This configuration was selected based on the customer's previous operating experience and is intended to avoid the motor-related issues encountered in an earlier order.
Each crane is equipped with a cross-type travel limit switch for the hoist, providing additional protection during trolley operation. Photoelectric limit switches are also installed for long-travel movement, helping prevent the crane from traveling beyond the designated operating area.
The electrical power supply system includes two 54-meter sections of 10 mm² seamless conductor rail, together with two sets of current collectors. For crane travel, the project includes four 54-meter sections of 50 × 30 mm square steel rails, providing a total running distance of 54 meters across the two crane spans.
Another important site requirement is the clearance between the top of the runway beam and the lowest point of the building roof, which is specified at 1,500 mm. The crane design was therefore carefully coordinated with the customer's existing building structure.
