The customer has a 5-ton single beam gantry crane, which has experienced frequent wheel and motor failures due to its long manufacturing history and lack of maintenance. To help customers solve this problem, we recommend our modular wheel set. If there is no modular wheel set, customers must purchase a new set of ground beams to restore the operating mechanism of the crane, which will greatly increase the maintenance and renovation costs for customers. Our modular wheels are divided into active and passive wheels. The driving wheel is equipped with an electric motor, which is responsible for driving the operation of the crane. The combination of wheels and motors greatly facilitates customer installation.
