SEVENCRANE recently completed the production of a single girder gantry crane for a customer in Mexico. The project required a fast production schedule, with delivery completed in 30 days to meet the customer's installation plan. The crane was supplied under EXW terms, allowing the customer to arrange transportation according to their logistics requirements. Despite the tight deadline, our production team successfully completed manufacturing, quality inspection, and packaging on schedule.
The customer required the crane for indoor material handling in their production facility. After evaluating the lifting requirements, our engineering team recommended an MH single girder gantry crane with a 10-ton lifting capacity, 17.188-meter span, and 3.65-meter lifting height. The crane operates on a 480V, 60Hz, three-phase power supply and is equipped with wireless remote control, allowing operators to handle heavy materials safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent visibility throughout the lifting process.
To provide a complete lifting solution, the order also included P24 steel rails with a total length of 24.384 meters on each side, together with a 200A cable reel system to ensure a stable and reliable power supply during crane operation. This complete configuration enables the customer to install the crane quickly and begin production without sourcing additional major components.
One of the customer's primary concerns was the delivery schedule. Since the equipment was urgently needed for a new production project, we promised a 30-day manufacturing period after confirming the order. Another important aspect of this project was the transportation and container loading plan.
