As industrial production continues to grow in South America, reliable and efficient lifting equipment has become increasingly important for manufacturing workshops. In November 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully completed and delivered an SNHD-European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane to a customer in Peru. The project demonstrated not only the excellent performance of European-style crane technology but also the importance of professional communication and long-term customer follow-up.
Customer Background
The customer is an end user located in Peru and operates a workshop that requires safe and efficient material handling. Prior to contacting SEVENCRANE, the customer had experience using overhead cranes imported from China, although the brand was unknown. Having used lifting equipment before, the customer placed great importance on product quality, operational efficiency, and overall project cost.
The first inquiry was received on June 28, 2025. Initially, the customer requested quotations for two European-type single girder overhead cranes. After the quotation was submitted, communication temporarily stopped, and the customer did not respond from July through September.
Turning Point at the Peru Exhibition
In September 2025, SEVENCRANE invited the customer to visit our booth at an industrial exhibition in Peru. Interestingly, the customer was also exhibiting at the same event. This created an excellent opportunity for face-to-face communication.
During the exhibition, our sales team visited the customer’s booth and discussed the previous quotation. The customer explained that the earlier project had already been awarded to another Chinese supplier mainly due to pricing considerations. However, they were preparing a new workshop project and were willing to evaluate additional crane suppliers.
After understanding the new lifting requirements, SEVENCRANE quickly provided a customized solution and quotation. The customer then shared a competitor’s quotation and requested a more competitive price. After carefully analyzing the competing offer, we found that the price difference was relatively small. To support the project and establish a long-term partnership, we optimized our pricing and updated both the quotation and Proforma Invoice accordingly.
Our transparent communication, quick response, and professional technical support ultimately helped build trust with the customer. On November 14, the customer confirmed the intention to place an order, and the official purchase order was received on November 17. Payment was completed on November 21, marking the successful conclusion of the negotiation phase.
Equipment Configuration
The supplied equipment included:
- SNHD-European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane
- Lifting capacity: 5 tons
- Span: 4 meters
- Lifting height: 2.753 meters
- Working duty: A5

To ensure safe transportation to Peru, all crane components were packed in wooden crates suitable for international sea freight. The project was shipped under CIF terms to Callao Port, Peru.
Advantages of the SNHD-European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane
The SNHD-European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane combines advanced European design concepts with reliable manufacturing quality. Compared with traditional cranes, it offers a more compact structure, lower headroom requirements, and higher operational efficiency.
For this project, the real-time load display system was particularly valuable. Operators can monitor lifting loads continuously, improving workplace safety and reducing the risk of overload. The wireless remote-control system further enhances convenience by allowing operators to manage lifting operations from a safe distance.
In addition, the crane’s smooth operation, reduced energy consumption, and low maintenance requirements make it an ideal solution for modern workshops seeking long-term cost savings.
Project Success and Future Cooperation
This order highlights the importance of maintaining communication even when initial projects do not result in immediate cooperation. Through continuous follow-up, exhibition meetings, and professional technical support, SEVENCRANE successfully transformed a previously inactive inquiry into a confirmed order.
The successful delivery of this SNHD-European Type Single Girder Overhead Crane has strengthened our relationship with the Peruvian customer and demonstrated SEVENCRANE’s commitment to providing high-quality lifting solutions worldwide. We look forward to supporting more industrial projects across South America in the future.
