SEVENCRANE recently completed another successful project for an old customer in South Africa, delivering a customized SNHD type single girder overhead crane under FOB Qingdao terms. Additional Customized Requirements
In addition to the standard configuration, the customer required several important accessories and modifications to fit their specific working environment:
1. 380V / 50Hz / 3-Phase Power Supply
The equipment is fully adapted to South Africa’s industrial electricity standards, ensuring compatibility and stable operation.
2. Busbar Power System – 30m, 6mm²
The customer requested a complete bus bar power supply system, 30 meters in length, using 6mm² copper conductor.
Busbars provide safe and stable power transmission, reduce maintenance frequency, and ensure clean and organized installation.
3. Crane Rail – 60m, 50×30
A total of 60 meters of crane rail was supplied, model 50×30, suitable for the crane’s load requirements and travel speed. SEVENCRANE ensured precise rail straightness and hardness to guarantee smooth travelling performance.
4. Wireless Remote Control Operation
To enhance operator convenience and safety, the crane is equipped with a wireless remote control system instead of a traditional pendant.

Before shipping, the crane was securely packed for long-distance sea transportation to FOB Qingdao Port, following international shipping standards.
