In December 2024, SEVENCRANE established a new partnership with a client from Poland, a company specializing in concrete solutions. The project aimed to support the construction of a large concrete batching plant, where precision lifting and efficient material handling were essential. The client, as the end user, required a reliable and certified lifting solution that could ensure safety, flexibility, and long-term performance in their field operations.
After several months of technical communication, SEVENCRANE successfully provided a comprehensive lifting system, including two SS3.0 spider cranes, two hydraulic fly jibs, two working baskets, two 800kg glass suction lifters, and one electric platform cart with a 1.5m gauge. The final shipment was delivered within 30 working days under the CIF Gdynia (Poland) trade term via sea freight.
Precision Engineering and Advanced Design
The spider crane model SS3.0 was chosen for this project due to its 3-ton lifting capacity and compact yet powerful design. Each unit was powered by a Yanmar engine combined with an electric motor, allowing the machine to operate flexibly in both indoor and outdoor environments.
A major advantage of the SEVENCRANE spider crane lies in its dual operation mode—the combination of a diesel engine and electric drive makes it ideal for construction sites where low noise or zero-emission operation is occasionally required.
In addition, every SS3.0 spider crane supplied to the client was equipped with the following customized features:
- Load moment indicator with jib data
- Torque limiter for overload protection
- One-touch outrigger control with alarm system
- Proportional control valves with a cyber remote-control system
- Remote controller with digital display screen
- Winch over-winding and hook overwinding alarms
- Two-section telescopic boom with external cylinder design
- Removable pins and chamfered processing for easy maintenance
- Hydraulic lock valves on both the main cylinder and each outrigger
These features ensure that operators can manage lifting operations precisely, safely, and with maximum efficiency.
High-Quality Manufacturing and Durability
The spider crane’s color was customized according to the client’s request:
RAL 7016 for the main structure, middle boom, and cylinder cover, and RAL 3003 for the main boom, jib tip, fly jib, and cylinder.
All cranes were fitted with the client’s own logo, ensuring brand consistency for their projects in Poland. The final assembly was carried out under strict quality control, and the product successfully passed the third-party inspection (KRT) arranged by the customer before delivery.
The electric platform (flat cart) was designed and fabricated based on the customer’s technical drawings. The electric platform cart enables easy movement of construction materials across the site and integrates seamlessly with the spider crane lifting system, improving work efficiency and reducing manual labor.
The Customer Journey: From Evaluation to Trust
The cooperation with this Polish customer began in December 2024, when the client first contacted SEVENCRANE while evaluating suppliers for their upcoming concrete batching plant project. The client visited China in January 2025, inspecting three different manufacturers. During this visit, they showed particular interest in SEVENCRANE’s spider crane and another competitor’s model.
Although the competitor offered a lower price and had small excavators in stock for combined purchase, the Polish client valued product quality, technical reliability, and compliance with local certification standards more than price alone.
Following continuous follow-up and transparent communication, SEVENCRANE provided a competitive offer with detailed technical documentation, high safety standards, and proven equipment performance. When the client returned to the factory for pre-shipment inspection, they were impressed by the product’s build quality and operational stability. After re-testing the equipment, they decided to cancel the previous supplier’s order and place the official purchase order with SEVENCRANE.
Smooth Delivery and Customer Satisfaction
The production cycle was completed within 30 working days, followed by a detailed inspection and documentation process. SEVENCRANE supplied all required technical manuals, electrical schematics, and operating certificates as per the client’s documentation checklist.
During on-site testing, the spider crane demonstrated stable operation, smooth movement, and precise load handling even under challenging conditions. The electric platform performed perfectly in coordination with the cranes, supporting quick material transfers across the site.
This successful delivery further strengthened SEVENCRANE’s presence in the European market, particularly in the construction and concrete manufacturing sector.
Conclusion
The Polish concrete solution project showcases SEVENCRANE’s ability to deliver customized spider cranes and electric platforms that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. From initial consultation to final inspection, SEVENCRANE provided full technical support, fast production, and reliable after-sales service.
With this cooperation, SEVENCRANE once again proved its commitment to delivering innovative lifting solutions that empower clients to work more efficiently and safely — whether for construction, industrial handling, or infrastructure projects.
