In early 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully completed an international project involving the design, production, and export of a 100-ton rubber tire gantry crane (RTG) to Suriname. The collaboration began in February 2025, when a Surinamese client contacted SEVENCRANE to discuss a customized lifting solution for handling heavy materials in a confined working area. After a detailed exchange of technical requirements and several design optimizations, the final project specifications were confirmed and production began.
The rubber tire gantry crane was specifically designed with a 15.17-meter span and a lifting height of 15.24 meters, providing ample space and flexibility for large-scale lifting operations. Built to A4 working class standards, the crane ensures consistent performance and long-term durability even under intensive use. It is operated via remote control, allowing the operator to manage all lifting movements safely from a distance. The customer also requested a customized color scheme to match their facility and corporate standards, showcasing SEVENCRANE’s ability to provide fully tailored solutions.
In terms of structure, the crane is equipped with eight heavy-duty rubber tires, allowing smooth and flexible movement across the working site. This design makes it possible to use the equipment without fixed rails, which greatly enhances operational efficiency and saves on installation costs. The base width of 8530 mm provides stable support during lifting, ensuring reliable balance and safety under heavy loads.

For safety and monitoring, the crane includes an LMI (Load Moment Indicator) system, a large display screen, and sound and light alarms. These features give real-time feedback on operational data such as lifting weight, angle, and stability, effectively preventing overloading or unsafe operating conditions. SEVENCRANE also conducted a full load test before shipment to guarantee the crane’s performance and reliability.
The project was carried out under FOB Qingdao terms, with delivery scheduled within 90 working days. To ensure smooth installation and commissioning, SEVENCRANE’s quotation included the on-site service of two professional engineers who will assist in assembly, testing, and operator training once the crane arrives in Suriname.
This successful project once again demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s commitment to providing reliable and customized lifting solutions for international clients. The 100-ton rubber tire gantry crane not only meets the client’s demanding operational requirements but also improves overall handling efficiency and workplace safety.
With its robust design, precise control system, and advanced safety features, this equipment has become a key asset in the client’s operations. SEVENCRANE continues to strengthen its global presence through quality, innovation, and dedicated service, delivering reliable lifting equipment to customers across various industries and regions.
