After receiving a customer inquiry, our sales personnel confirmed the specific parameters of the bridge crane with the customer. Afterwards, a customer quotation was provided based on the plan. And we also displayed our product certificates and company certificates, allowing customers to purchase with more peace of mind. Meanwhile, the customer told me that he is also waiting for another supplier's quotation. A few days later, another Russian customer of our company purchased the same model of double beam bridge crane and shipped it. We shared the customer's case and shipping pictures with the customer. After the customer finished reading, they asked their purchasing department to contact our company. The customer has the idea of visiting the factory, but due to the long distance and tight schedule, they have not yet decided whether to come.
So our sales staff showed customers pictures of SEVENCRANE's exhibition in Russia, group photos of customers from various countries visiting our factory, and photos of our company's product inventory. After reading it, the customer proactively sent us another supplier's quotation and drawings. After reviewing it, we confirmed that all parameters and configurations were exactly the same, but their prices were much higher than ours. We inform the customer that from our professional perspective, all configurations are exactly the same without any issues. The customer ultimately chose SEVENCRANE as their supplier.
The customer then explained that their company had already started purchasing double beam bridge cranes last year. The company they initially contacted was a scammer company, and after the payment was made, they never received any news again. There is no doubt that they have not received any machines either. I will send our company's business license, foreign trade registration, bank account authentication, and all other documents to our clients to demonstrate the authenticity of our company and reassure them. The next day, the client asked us to draft the contract.
