SEVENCRANE recently completed another successful cooperation project with a long-term customer from Israel, supplying customized European wire rope hoists, cable reels, remote control systems, hook assemblies, and crane spare parts for local lifting equipment applications. The project once again demonstrates SEVENCRANE’s strong capability in providing customized lifting solutions and long-term technical support for professional crane suppliers worldwide.
This customer is a long-term partner who has cooperated with SEVENCRANE on multiple projects, including orders 709, 778, 823, 830, 833, 834, and 835. As a professional crane supplier in Israel, the customer has high requirements for product quality, customization, lifting performance, and after-sales support.
Comprehensive Lifting Equipment Solution
The current order includes multiple customized lifting products and spare parts, mainly consisting of:
- Two sets of cable reels with 15-meter cables, 16A, three-phase power supply
- One 8-ton European wire rope hoist SNH with M5 working duty
- Multiple Telecrane wireless remote control systems
- Hook assemblies for 10-ton and 16-ton hoists
- Two sets of European fixed wire rope hoists NRT
- Spare traveling motors and brake pads from previous orders
All products are designed according to the customer’s technical requirements and local operating standards. The shipment will be delivered to Haifa Port, Israel under CIF trade terms, with a production cycle of 30 working days.
High-Performance European Wire Rope Hoist
The core product in this project is the customized European wire rope hoist. The 8-ton SNH hoist adopts an M5 working class and is equipped with a two-speed lifting system with lifting speeds of 1.3/8 m/min. The hoist uses a 2/1 rope reeving configuration and features IP55 motor protection for reliable operation in industrial environments.
The customer also ordered two fixed European wire rope hoists with different lifting capacities and rope reeving systems. One 5-ton hoist adopts a 2/1 reeving configuration with lifting speeds of 1.6/10 m/min, while the 10-ton model adopts a 4/1 reeving system with lifting speeds of 0.8/5 m/min. These customized lifting speeds help the customer meet precise operational requirements for different crane applications.
Compared with conventional hoists, European-style wire rope hoists provide smoother operation, lower noise, compact structure, and higher positioning accuracy. They are widely used in modern factories, warehouses, steel plants, and engineering projects where lifting precision and durability are important.
Customized Components and Spare Parts
In addition to the hoists, the project also includes customized cable reels specially designed for vertical lifting applications. The reels are equipped with 15-meter cables and designed for 4×2.5 mm² vertical power systems driven by three-phase clamping motors and extension cables.
The customer also purchased multiple Telecrane wireless remote control systems, including F24-6D and F24-10D models, each equipped with two transmitters and one receiver. These systems improve crane operation flexibility and enhance workplace safety.
To support previous projects, SEVENCRANE also arranged shipment of traveling motors and brake pads that were not delivered in Orders 778 and 885. After receiving customer feedback regarding insufficient after-sales documentation in earlier projects, SEVENCRANE strengthened communication and prepared more complete technical files and handover documents for this shipment.

The payment terms for the project are 50% T/T in advance and the balance before delivery, showing the mutual trust built through years of successful cooperation.
