The European single-beam gantry crane manufactured by SEVENCRANE has successfully passed the factory test and has been shipped to Mongolia. Our customers are full of praise for the bridge crane and hope to continue cooperation next time.
On October 10, 2022, we had our first brief exchange to understand the basic information of customers and their needs for products. The person who contacted us is the deputy director of a company. At the same time, he is also an engineer. Therefore, his demand for bridge crane is very clear. In the first conversation, we learned the following information: load capacity is 10t, the inner height is 12.5m, the span is 20m, the left cantilever is 8.5m and the right is 7.5m.
In the in-depth conversation with the customer, we learned that the customer company originally had a single girder gantry crane which is a KK-10 model. But it was blown down by strong winds in Mongolia in summer, and then it broke down and couldn't be used. So they needed a new one.
Mongolia's winter (November to April of the next year) is cold and long. In the coldest month of the year, the local average temperature is between - 30 ℃ and - 15 ℃, and the lowest temperature can even reach - 40 ℃, accompanied by heavy snow. Spring (May to June) and autumn (Septemberto October) are short and often have sudden weather changes. Strong wind and rapid weather change are the biggest characteristics of Mongolia's climate. Considering the special climate of Mongolia, we give a customized plan for cranes. And tell the customer in advance some skills for maintaining the gantry crane in bad weather.
While the customer's technical team conducts the quotation evaluation, our company actively provides the customer with the necessary certificates, such as the materials of our products. Half a month later, we received the second version of the customer's drawings, which is the final version of the drawings. In the drawings provided by our customer, the lifting height is 10m, the left cantilever is modified to 10.2m, and the right cantilever is modified to 8m.
At present, the European single-beam gantry crane is on its way to Mongolia. Our company believes that it can help customers achieve more benefits.
