Garbage Grab Overhead Bridge Crane

The garbage grab overhead bridge crane is to install a grab bucket on the hoisting device of the crane bridges for grabbing and transporting garbage. The garbage grab overhead bridge crane is the core equipment of the garbage feeding system of the municipal solid waste incineration plant, and it is installed above the garbage storage pit. Its function is to grab the garbage and put it into the waste bin for stirring, and then divide it into piles for fermentation. Finally, the fermented garbage is poured into the garbage incinerator for burning. Its action of grabbing and unloading materials is controlled by the operator and does not require auxiliary personnel, thus avoiding the heavy labor of workers, saving working time, and greatly improving the loading and unloading efficiency. There are two kinds of garbage grab overhead crane: single girder garbage grab overhead crane and double girder garbage grab overhead crane.

Generally speaking, a grab bridge crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge frame, a grab trolley, a cart running mechanism, a driver’s cab and an electrical control system. The fetching device is a grab bucket capable of grabbing bulk materials. The grab bridge crane has an opening and closing mechanism and a lifting mechanism, and the grab is suspended on the opening and closing mechanism and the lifting mechanism by four steel wire ropes. The opening and closing mechanism drive the grab bucket to close to grab materials. When the bucket mouth is closed, the hoisting mechanism is activated immediately so that the four steel wire ropes are evenly loaded for lifting work. When unloading, only the opening and closing mechanism is activated, and the mouth of the bucket opens immediately to tilt the material. Except for the different lifting mechanism, the grab bridge crane is basically the same as the hook bridge crane.
