Because we had a pleasant cooperation before and were very satisfied with our service and product quality, I immediately thought of us and chose to cooperate with us again this time.
The customer said he needs 32 European style fixed chain hoists with a lifting capacity of 5t and a height of 4m. We provide a quotation based on the customer's needs. After receiving the quotation, the customer inquired about the size of our product. He said there are strict requirements for the size of the product due to limited space. So we asked the customer again what their purpose was, and they told us they needed to replace their jack and sent us pictures.
Seeing the actual needs of the customer, we found that the product cannot meet their needs. Customers need to change their usage space. Or we can modify the plan according to the customer's requirements. But after changing the plan, the price may increase. After listening to our suggestions, the customer asked us to update their quotation and drawings for the special design. After providing a quotation based on the customer's needs, the quotation is not within the customer's consideration. The customer stated that they can modify their space design so that they can choose a regular European style chain hoist.
Considering the actual usage situation, the customer requested us to give him the price of 8 gourds so that they can purchase them for trial operation first. If it runs well, consider purchasing the remaining 24 gourds from SEVENCRANE. We sent the PI to the customer and they paid the full amount directly in early March. At present, the customer's gourd is in production and will soon be completed for transportation.
