1. Type test: Conduct tests on explosion-proof electric hoists manufactured according to design requirements to verify whether the design requirements comply with certain specifications.
2. Routine test, also known as factory test, refers to the determination of whether each explosion-proof electric hoist device or equipment meets certain standards after manufacturing or completing the test.
3. Dielectric testing: a general term for testing the electrical characteristics of a dielectric, including insulation, static electricity, voltage resistance, and other tests.
4. Sampling test: Conduct tests on several randomly selected samples from explosion-proof electric hoists to determine whether the samples meet a certain standard.
5. Life test: a destructive test that determines the possible lifespan of explosion-proof electric hoists under specified conditions, or evaluates and analyzes the characteristics of product life.
6. Tolerance test: Explosion proof electric hoists perform specific operations for a certain purpose under specified conditions, including a certain period of time. Repeated operation, short circuit, overvoltage, vibration, impact and other tests on the gourd are destructive tests.
